I have just done one full body workout today on the 3rd day of the diet. Tommorow will be my 4th and i want to carb up. 1 Should i do another full body workout tommorow to ensure all body parts are exhausted of glycogen? and then carb up? 2 how many carbs per 2 hours should i eat? 3. How do i workout WHILE CARBING UP? (JUST TO LET U KNOW THE ONLY BODY PARTS I WOULD LIKE TO SATURATE WITH WATER ARE MY CHEST AND LEGS. CAN I JUST WORK THESE 2 PARTS WHILE CARBING UP?) | ||

Wow, OK, I've got a few questions. Most importantly is WHY are you doing this decarb/carb cycle? 3 days decarb sounds a lot like a practice run for a BB competition. Is this close?? If you're doing a practice run (and I'm at a loss to think of any other reason for a three day decarb unless you're going to run a marathon), then I need to know you LBM to help with the carbs per hour. Also, you should not do ANY weight or cardio training during the carb up. As far as I know you cannot carb-up specific muscle groups. In fact, if you are training for a BB show, you don't want to do anything with your legs, not even get them pumped just before you jump on stage. If you're just doing the carb up for the fun of it, then ignore everything I've just said. | ||
