Eat the WHOLE egg, nothing wrong with egg yolks. eat meal #4 within 30-45 minutes after your workout! eat MORE food, my 7 year old sister eats more than this. your on the right track, just eat more. It also looks like your trying to eat too "clean" ground beef, steak, peanut butter, whole wheat breads/butter, beans and rice (complete protein). don't be shy with salt either, higher sodium= higher water retention= higher strength

since you included the e/c/a in your diet I'm assuming your trying to lose fat. everything I said previous still rings true. just try not to eat to many carbs after 3 pm. (but PLEASE eat a decent amount of carbs after you lift.) If you really want to lose fat, count your calories. having gone through a bodybuilding contest diet I can say it is absolutely necessary. make sure you calculate how many calories you need in a day, you can find that in a search: "calorie formula" good luck dude.

The good that your using looks great, but I've read numerous times from dieting bodybuilders, ie: skip lacour and others... you want to eat as much whole foods as possible. because they take longer to digest. stay away from white flour, and refined sugar. don't eat too "clean" because the cravings you have will be so intense that you will either cheat or lose your mind. download a glycemic index chart and eat low glycemic index carbs. don't be afraid to eat fruit, they are a good snack that will curb your cravings for sugar. hope this helps.
