Well I always hear about guys drinking small portions so that they have enough fat in their diets. So one question is if someone is on a diet where say they are to consume 55grams of fat a day, and say some days they fall short of the 55grams of fat because of the meals they eat and only consume 35grams,,, is it ok to get the other 20grams of fat from drinking the flax oil? Another question I have, what the hell is Flax seed oil, and where do you buy it?

Yes, it is ok to get the remainder(or all) from flax. It is ESSENTIAL fatty acid, omega's that you need to burn fat. You can get it at Whole Foods or World Market. If you dont have either stores near you just find a natural foods grocery store that is. Also, some supplement stores sell them but I have found that they charge more.

I looked in the natural foods section at Cub and they don't carry flax. I don't know of really where else to look.

We dont have Cub in Dallas but I assume it is just a regular grocery store. Try to find a natural foods store. The ones I gave you in prior post was an example of what we have down here. You may have others where you are.

they sell it at nob hill, look at the regfrigator section,it usualy will not be with the other oils( canola, grapeseed, etc),look at all the refrigater sections, also in the vegtable section ,there is some coolers where they sell tofu or or other stuff, they are somteims there, by the way i got a question, what happens if u leave your flax out of the refrigator for a day or take it with u in your car, would it get bad?? could it be toxic?
