Eh Bro's
I'm ready to start a bulk cycle and would like to hear some good diet ideas for this baby to real show results. Last cycle I got shit gains! A little strength and thickness. My situation at the time was real stressful and when stressed I shed wait like a freak. Better than any diet pill. I plan on a minimum of 300grams of protien. Carbs seem to be the problem. I definitely didn't get enough last time. I was thinking 2 cans of tuna a day, 2 500ml tubs of cottage cheese, A steak and some chicken. That would be a mainstay on this diet. Wanna keep this low cost and oh yah, I work nights. Appreciate the help boys.

Your prob definetly IS CARBS!!! believe it or not. Carbs are more important than protein in ANY bulking diet. some will disagree. I would plan on eating LARGE amounts of RICE,PASTA, OATMEAL, potatoes, etc. etc. get alot of low glycemic carbs. very very important.

also within 30min-1hr. training get AT LEAST 100 grams of carbs 70/30 simple/complex.
VERY IMPORTANT.

keep protein about 190-300 grams. carbs EXTREMELY HIGH. you should be eating so many carbs that "normal" people look at you and say "what the fuck?" to themselves!!!

carbs carbs carbs.
don't forget some fat too! esp. flax seed oil.

Agree with Valdez. Eat carbs, get full, get big. Ohh, if you are not "full", then you need to be eating.
