Sorry for the repeat post, but I want to lose fat now! I work out 3-5 times a week, and do cardio almost every day. 6'-1", 205 lbs, ~20-25% Bf. What % of Protein Fat Carbs should my diet consist of? And, when should I eat each of them? I know this is a little much to ask, but I would like a sort of meal plan, with good times to eat certain types of food. I've found a site to get the recipies, so I don;t need exact food, just the types. I work out after work at about 6pm. This is what I'm looing for: Meal 1 7am Meal 2 11am etc.... If anyone could help I would really appreciate it. Also, I have MD-6 and I am interested in taking that, or an ECA stack. What would you suggest? Thanks! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
