Since I was diagnosed with mononucleosis a couple months back, I have been on a SEE-food diet, and it has errr caught up with me in the long run/and for the worst. Yep, I have gained way too much fat these past 2 months. Anyway, I am thinking about doing a little 2-3 week CKD to kind of lean up a little, and then I will start-up a new bulking phase until the beginning of March to take advantage of this cold weather.

Therefore, I was wondering if you guys/gals would be interested in me doing a daily report of my diet/training/supplementation, etc on this here diet board. Kind of like a 2-3 week Lyle Mcdonald report. I was thinking about doing this after Thanksgiving weekend starting on Sunday (11/16/2000) at 6:00 pm.

Let me know if you would be interested. If enough people are thumbs-up for this, then I will be more than willing to do it. This will be an exact example of what has worked for me in the past, and hopefully it will answer a lot of questions about setting up a future CKD for those that wish to give it a try for a first time.

Again, let me know how you feel.

I would definitely be interested in knowing about your progress on the CKD. I myself am starting the Bodyopus diet on Sunday as well. This will be my third time doing it and I haven't found a better diet for fat loss. Looking forward to hearing about your experiences.

Alright folks, I have decided to delay this 2-3 week diet phase until next Sunday, due to 2 reasons:
1.) I have finals this week and I need to study my butt-off . If I am gonna do this daily update, I don't want it to interfere with my school. I will be able to do a better job at explaining things when I am less stressed-out (hopefully). I don't want to post things on here that don't make sense and make me look like a jack-ass.

2.) I have not planned ahead, and to those of you who have tried a CKD know, it's not a good idea to just jump into it. I don't want to start the thing and not be able to finish it. That would make me look bad too (hehehe). Plus, as we speak, I am eating some left-over birthday cake from my gradma's B-day 2 days ago , which definately will not help in my establishing ketosis early this week since it is so late.

So to all 4 people who replied (as you can see I am pretty popular around here), and to the MILLIONS watching, the show will start next Sunday. NO EXCUSES!!!

Hey Mr.Bmj, if you really want to lose a lot of fat in a short amount of time, try the Fat Fast diet.If you have enough discipline for it it's the surest way to lose fat quickly and maintain whatever muscle you have(or most of it actually). You can check the whole diet at www.t-mag.com.Don't worry I dont work for them or condone the use of their expensive ass products but some of the info there are very useful.Anyway, for the mean time, eat whatever you're eating till then.Funny how diets always seem like a good idea when you have a full stomach.Good luck.See ya.
