This time of year I get cravings for sugar, sweets, bakery, carbs. A lot of it is, I believe, due to the change in seasons. The lack of sunlight causes the body to crave more carbs. I'm trying to stick to a good diet and satisfy some of this craving to keep it in check. Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions on how to curb the craving and not 'pig out'?

As darkness starts to fall earlier and earlier my cravings increase, I hate it. ECa stack would help, a bro told me to look into fenfluramine. Mike H. / a.k.a. MICHLDAV - GREAT VIKING OF THE NORTH.

If you are dieting, then the ephedrine/caffeine stack will help in gastric emptying. Also, try eating some foods that contain a fair amount of fiber. Fiber will lower the GI rating of foods and cause the meal you are eating to be absorbed more slowly. Dietary fat and whole protein foods like chicken, beef, cottage cheese and fish will also stay in the gut longer. It is hard to tell whether or not you are dieting or bulking, and it kind of renders any suggestions that might fit your program that I can really suggest. If you are like me, I like to take advantage of the cold weather right now, and I basically eat whatever I want. I can cover up the extra fat with clothes. Yep, I have been on a SEE-food diet for the last 2 months. I am going to have to quit though because it is starting to catch up with me.

Thanks for the responses. You've given me something to think about. Right now I don't want to add extra bodyfat, so am just trying to maintain. I've also increased cardio a little to counter balance some of the extra carbs and sweets I've been eating. I can't wait til spring!

Try eating extra fiber. Fiber makes you feel fuller.

personally with me fiber doesn't do anything except make me hungry sooner. drinking a shitload of water between 1-2gallons has helped a bit. night cravings are the worst though. when i'm strict i usually just eat a can of tuna or water/protein shake. MD6 really and i mean really takes away appetite, and it's low in caffeine so it wont wire you up. it also has ALA to help you with your carbs.

Grab some L-Glutamine, it will help out with carb cravings. This is a common problem in keto diets, so I'm experienced with it. During the first few days of keto I always get massive cravings, so I just pop some L-Glutamine pills. Done! Once you get on with the diet, the carb cravings amazingly go away. |
