I wanted to find out if what i am doing is going to be beneficial. I am 6'2 around 245lbs...i wanna pack on about 20-30lbs of beef. I lift 4 days a week: Chest/Biceps, Back/Triceps, OFF, Legs, Shoulders. I am not doing any cardio at all...i eat just about anything and everything...mainly proteins:tuna fish, loads of chicken, peanuts, milk..all the good stuff..should i be expecting some good weight and mass gains?? keeping in mind i am well aware some of it will be fat? Thanks

judging from your stats you're already fat or you're a bullshitter. whatever you did to get to 245, then keep doing it and you might pack on some more mass. ------------------ "how much can you really know about yourself if you've never been in a fight?" Tyler Durden

Silvio, Just curious why you would jump the gun on the fat remark? Lets just say "hypothetically speaking" Scott Steiner was asking a question on the board and he posted his "supposed" stats...6'2 290lbs..would he be a real big fat ass?? THank you

Who's Scott Steiner?? Anyway, it's impossible to tell much from what you've posted. You've told us nothing about how MUCH protein, fat, carbs, how many meals per day, how much above maintenance you're eating, what supplements you're taking, age, approx LBM, blah blah blah. In fact, you haven't even mentioned carbs as part of your bulking diet, so it's not clear if you're attempting some type of CKD or Anabolic type diet. Without some of this info, Silvio's advice is as good as any.

Scott steiner, must be the WCW guy-nasty as hell Anyway, I know this is of the topic, but how do you calculate feet & inches into cm. thnx, Mike H. ------------------

First convert everything to inches(there's 12 inches in a foot). Multiply inches by 2.54 and that will give you centimeters. Ummmm, so what's WCW? |
