I am 6'1 205 lbs, about 20-25% BF. I used to be big into working out (225 lbs. 6% BF), but I have become lazy over the last 3 or 4 years.

I want to get back into it, but to start, I need to lose some of the extra fat hanging on me. I've done some research, and figured that I have a Moderate metabolism, and I peform light to strenuous exercise. My diet should consist of:

Calories: 2090
Protein: 115g
Carbs: 285g
Fat: 480g

I have the supplement MD-6 which I plan to use, and I plan to lift 4-5 times/wk with 20-30 minutes of cardio after.

Can someone provide a diet plan, or direct me to a website that has diet plans for someone with my needs? I am really looking for specific meals, and times that I should eat them.

Thanks!

I'm thinking you've made a typo somewhere. Not only is 115 grams protein VERY low for someone your size on a diet, but 480g fat with 285g carbs is a perfect recipe for major fat gain. It also adds up to almost 6000 calories!! Ummmm maybe get out you calculator and try again?

thanks,

you're right.

Calories: 2090
P: 115g
C: 287g
F: 55g

This is what I derived from a website.

If those are wrong, please advise.

At your weight and activity level, you may be consuming too few calories and causing your metabolism to slow down. Try bumping up your calories to 2500 - 3000 calories a day and try to keep the majority of your carb consumption in your pre/post workout meals. If you are looking for a fast weightloss program, try a CK Diet like the Body Opus or Anabolic Diet- 60% fat, 35% protein, 5% carbs for 5 to 6 days a week followed by a 1 to 2 day carb load.

You will need to eat more food than that. Im only 172lbs and If I eat less than That I burn Muscle. Eats lots of protein 1lb per pound of body weight, minimal fats, but not to little 60grams, and medium carbs, I do that And it works pretty good for me
