I am planning on starting back up on a bulking cycle this Monday. Right now i am 6'2'' 240lbs BF% around 15-17% I would like to pack on about 15-25lbs of beef...i realize it will be partly fat, but that is fine....what would be a good diet to go by?? Specifics! should i go with the 7 meal a day plan?? Load up on protein?? Eat everything in site?? And train real hard?? Thanks

Eat everything, eat often, be somewhat sensable about types of food.

I gained about 12 pounds in 8 weeks on the Ultimate Muscle Mass Program and the Anabolic Nutrition Program--that's pretty good for me because I'm a hard gainer. Plus the diet--which involved cycling carbs intelligently--was pretty easy to follow. The workouts were killer. I found it at www.musclemaster.com/info/umm.htm

Are you juicing ? If so, eat 40-50 grams of protein every 2,5-3 hours. From you get up till you go to bed. If you sleep more than 5-6 hours, set your clock so that you have a shake ready after 4-5 hours of sleep.

Eat tuna, eggs, meat (steaks are great, preferably red...) and be sure to bulk up some protein powder. Try finding a reputable brand, with an isolate, or a concentrate with low carb/fat (1-2% max). There are a lot of shitty whey concentrate out there, be sure to stay clear from them. They will mess up your gains big time. A milk/egg protein would be preferable before a bad whey concentrate powder....

SO, JUST EAT GODDAMIT!

Good luck...
