Hay guys, i was wondering if there are any other teenagers here who have competed naturally?

What kind of diet would you recommend a 19 year old with a fast metabolism eat on a bulking diet? and also training...

What amount of pro, carbs and fat would you suggest...

also what kind of training regime would you recommend?

If you want to bulk you have to eat lots and lots and lots of food, especially if you have a fast metabolsim. I would suggest 4000+ calories a day and lots of protein. 200-300grams a gay
