Hay guys, i was wondering if there are any other teenagers here who have competed naturally? What kind of diet would you recommend a 19 year old with a fast metabolism eat on a bulking diet? and also training... If you want to bulk you have to eat lots and lots and lots of food, especially if you have a fast metabolsim. I would suggest 4000+ calories a day and lots of protein. 200-300grams a gay ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
