Hello. I am dieting pretty strictly and have made exellent progress. I would say I am about 3/4 of the way to reaching my goal. My problem is this: I am doing my best not to eat in the evening. And I'm getting HUNGRY AS HELL at night!!If I had access to chicken or tuna, fish etc. I would just grub on that, but all thats available at night is things high in fat, sugar and other carbs. Is there any kind of foods I can eat, other than chicken etc., or am I just going to have to stay disiplined???? Thanks in advance!!

be strong bro. I went through the same shit, instead of staying with my diet I would binge on the worst foods: chips, cookies, ice cream. stuff that I normally would never touch, the craving was to much. I wished I would have been more disciplined.

Thanx for the encouragement bro. Days are no big deal, but I struggle with this every night. The only reason I've been able to stay diciplined is because I've had such good results so far. I feel like I'm in the home stretch.

What about a chocolate whey protein drink? Or 6 pieces of bacon or string cheese, doesn't that sound tastey? I guess it depends on how strict you are with fat content, I am assuming you want something without carbs, right?

Yeah that does sound good. I'm thinking of maybe a protein drink, and slamming lots of water just to fill me up. I'm not too worried about the fat content, I'm really just trying to not eat carbs in the evening. The last carbs I consume is a isopure meal replacement between 2:30 and 3:30. I'm open for suggestion. Does anyone think that maybe like three tablespoons of peanut butter (NOT the natural kind w/no added sugar) and like six crackers. Thats usually what I eat with a protein shake between meals when I don't have any mrps.

I don't know what you situation is, but this is what I do when I want to squash munchies in the evening. I use my vegetable juicer and make about 1/2 cup of turnip juice. This stuff has an extreemely powerful yucky taste and after you down 1/2 cup of it, your stomach and taste buds aren't interested in eating any more. I think it might be because your stomach is so confused about by the bizarre turnip juice that you just poured in there. Works for me!

When the midnight hunger monster strikes ...snack on saltless peanuts and drink 2 or 3 glasses of diet soda. This helped me alot. I know it would be better to eat nothing, but like the other guy said, if you don't eat somthing you'll end up binging on junk. Also try the supplement MD6�. That stuff really curves your appitiete.
