Fellas-- I'm currently at around 5'9, 187lbs, 12% bf, trying to get my diet just right for my upcoming cut cycle. Please let me know what you think of this type of breakdown--I may need to add some flax seed oil in there for a little more fat. Any input much appreciated. Meal 1: Totals: 459 calories, 28g protein, 48g carbs, 16g fat Meal 2: Totals: 410 calories, 63g protein, 27g carbs,3g fat Meal 3: Totals: 460 calories: 42g protein, 10g carbs, 26g fat Meal 4: Totals: 462 calories; 86g protein, 25g carb, 6g fat Meal 5: totals: 442 calories, 59g protein, 8g carb, 15g fat Meal 6 totals: 285 calories, 51g protein, 3g carb, 7g fat Daily total: For me, this would give me a calorie deficit of around 500--additionally, I do cardio twice a day(endurance is just as important to me as strengh training). I do high-intensity running on an empty stomach in the morning, and low intensity swimming in the evening. I strength train intensively 5 days a week, and will be on an Eq/Fina/Winny/Anavar cycle, with hydroxy-cut throughout, and t3 for the last 28 days. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |
