I want to gain @ 15lbs in no specific amount of time. Over summer I did alot of running along with my lifting and got down to 170 at @ 7% body fat (I'm 6ft). I know that in order to gain muscle I will have to put on some fat. I've increased my daily caloric intake to an appropriate level and eat @ 3 meals a day along with 1 to 2 mrp's a day. (no simple sugars, no saturated fats, etc...) Everything seems to be in line and I am slowly gaining weight along with some gains in the gymn. I also stopped cardio altogether for the time being. That being said, my question is this: As I gain weight, will it be evenly spread out, or will I gain in the waist and midsection first (typical problem areas for men)? Is this controlled by genetics or what? This is the first time I've actually tried to gain weight, before summer I was at @190 and the most I've weighed was 210. I'm not dependant on the scale as much as I am with the mirror and fat caliburs, but I will use it with the two in order to help me access progress. I really don't want to have to buy new pants AGAIN.
Thnx.

yeah, youll notice your waist getting a little bigger. Not neccessary noticable fat deposits, but it will thicken. (it easily receeds once you diet again.) If you do a well rounded program you should get fairly equal growth.
