Well for a long time I thought the only way you could gain weight was with steriods. Not even realizing the importance of diet and rest.Well with help from this board and other research,I realized it is possible.I'm going to see how much weight I can gain(while off)(,I have done maybe 5-6 cycles of sus250 over the last 5 years) upto or( even longer) my birthday in March.I increased my calories to 4000 give or take a little.these coming from mostly protein and good fat.I will be taking Creatine,Glutimine, flaxseed oil,and weightgainer or protein supplement.I'm am pretty lean right now so I'm not worried about fat,I just wanna bulk(a little water and fat don't matter).I'm currently 6'190- 192 lbs.I plan on keeping a diet and lifting journal so will keep you posted on my progress.Oh yeah and don't flame me on my choice of supps(I know some of you think Creatine is shit,i like the pump and fullness).Any advise would also be apprecated.E2?others?also what is a reasonable goal to set for say 5-6 months. Is 25 lbs far fetched (5 lbs a month or 1-2 lbs a week?)

I think your training program has more of an impact on gains than supplements...post your routine...

I agree. I recommend that you try High Intensity Training. Here's a good HIT source. If you have any questions regarding HIT, please ask.
