How important is eating enough food to get the gains you need? I supplement 80% of my protein and I dont eat a whole lot. I have read that you need to be taking in alot of food to supply your body the things it need to grow. Is this true? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Hey Dudeski Food is of utmost importance !!!! Without enough calories, you won't grow at all !!! I recommend getting about 200-300 calories about your AMR. Most of you carbs in the a.m., and most of you protein after 2 or 3pm. I put down at least 2 protein shakes per day. But, don't forget about the chicken and fish!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
