How important is eating enough food to get the gains you need? I supplement 80% of my protein and I dont eat a whole lot. I have read that you need to be taking in alot of food to supply your body the things it need to grow. Is this true?

Hey Dudeski

Food is of utmost importance !!!! Without enough calories, you won't grow at all !!!

I recommend getting about 200-300 calories about your AMR. Most of you carbs in the a.m., and most of you protein after 2 or 3pm.

I put down at least 2 protein shakes per day. But, don't forget about the chicken and fish!!!

I also eat 3-4 protein bars a day. Do I need to count fat grams to shed the last few pounds?
