tuna has very little fat, and very litte Omega 3's use flax every 2-3 days and you'll get enough ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Yeah, what valdez said. Tuna is not a good source of fat unless it's packed in oil. Better off eating salmon if it's fish oil you're after. Or just slug down the flaxseed oil. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
