Just out of curiosity........this question goes to all that have prepped for competitions. I'm interested to know how many weeks out do you have to start dieting to hit the 2-3% body fat levels. Taking into consideration of what cutting agents you used. (ECA, Clen/t3 ......etc etc). Can some one give me a run down of their contest preparations...week for week and which AS where used. start at least 14 weeks out, cut calories as little as possible if you can get away with it. do cardio 3-5X/wk first thing in the AM, for 30-45 mins. take some ECA and coffee to get ya going. as far as gear, cut test out at 4 wks from show, switch to V, EQ, masteron, fina(probably not all 4) take your pick...as far as diet, that depends on your condition, the zig-zag diet is prob. the best approach: 2 days normal, 3 days low cal, 2 days high cal. keep weights in the 6-12 range for reps, maybe even adapt a powerlifting routine to help keep muscle. do not worry about strenght or growing at this time, because it prob. won't happen... Buff, Thanks for the reply bro. I start cutting up in about 2 weeks. I will be using winny, clen and t3. This will go for about 6 weeks. I need to get down to 5-6% BF. Currently 12%. peace |
