I am a student and need help with my diet. I weight 11:11 and have been trying to break the 12 stone mark for a year (Height 5:10). My diet must not include any diary products. At the moment I am eating about 6 tins of tuna everyday. I would like a routine were I eat something small every two hours. Also can someone tell me a QUICK and easy way to cook chicken breasts. Thanks | ||

chicken breasts (raw) is best cooked on the barbeque(very lean)with bbq sauce. i also like to cook them on a frying pan with the lid closed to keep the tenderness. beware of micro wave in tends to tuffen meat, unless you like that kind of shiat. oh and you can boil it too, it turns out very moist and tender as long as the meat was brined, if not it will be very watery. | ||

Add some boiled eggs in your plan and spoon fulls of peanut butter, especially if you are bulking. | ||
