Anyone have ideas on how to increase appetite? I need an intake of approx. 4500 cals/day. Im having trouble eating that much even though I eat 6 seperate meals a day. Any ideas?

drink some of your meals!
a nice protein shake will leave you hungry for your next meal and you'll get through it... that's how it is for me. have you tried it?

try B-12. injectable or pills. this should increase your appetite, and boost energy level somewhat. always works for me.

Hey bro...you posted this awhile ago on the Anabolic board. I left you a reply on that as well. B12, and 2 herbs and they are pretty cheap and work very well..Alfalfa and Blessed Thistle<-- not Milk thistle ..Blessed..These 3 combined will work wonderers for your appetite!Good luck bro.

i was wondering on the dosages for the alfalfa and the blessed thistle....and for the b12..would a 5000 mcg. tab a day be sufficient for increasing appetite?(increasing appettite is such a bitch for me)

Large and steady doses of marijuana.
About 3g one hour before a workout, a quarter oz post-workout and every three hours after that. Gradually work your way up to a full ounce and add a hit or two first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

If you smoke pot you will eat like you never have. For me, I dont like it. The other night I went to the store and ate a whole box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. But boy was it good. I looked like Jethro Bodine!

b12 is a good way to increase your appetite without the use of illegal drugs. i would also try shakes if you need to consume massive amounts of protein and have a hard time consuming that much food...zeus

The best natural way is B-12, and also, either Cat's Claw or Devil's Claw, I forget which, but I'll find out.

how much more effective is inj. b12 versus say a regular pill form or even a sublingual form?also...how long till effects kick in?

I've tried every B-vit, hundreds of times for increase metabolism and I think it's only bullshit when they say it'll increase your apetite. It has important functions but you can't possibly increase your apetite that much. The only thing that'll happen is that B12 increases your acne like nothing else does.
Best thing for apetite I've tried is DNP. Some KICK-ASS effects, but that shit wont make you grow, but you can use the rebound effect from DNP to grow like never before and get an appetite like a fucki�n lion. Promise.
Another KICK-ASS thing to do is GH (3iu pre workout) and 100micrograms of T4, four times d day. The only thing stopping you from eating more than 7000kcal/day then is that your stomach tends to expand so much that you'll get strechmarks like pregnant women.
Forget the B12, it won't do shit. It may do some difference if your on GH, T4 and Test though.
