Man, I just picked up a bottle of this stuff; can't comment on it success yet (too early) but man, I took 2 pills pre-wrokout (morning) and two more like at 6pm yesterday. I've slept a total of 1 hour! It's now close to noon and I feel so charged up it's weird. Maybe I should have started with 2 a day instead of 4. Can't be too healthy not getting the Zzzzzzzzzzzz's. Any similar experiences?

Gotta go. Have the urge to run.

Yea, I've had that before. You took your 2nd dose too late. Take it no later than 2pm.

No later than 3 pm myself; I would take between 4- 6 a day @ Ht- 6'2" 225- 230,
Also think about using a melatonin supp. to help sleep. They are very effective; Xenadrine works well

You should've started with half-doses the first week. Take it about half an hour before you workout.

when you first start out taking it , take one pill around 8 am the n one more around 1pm, for a week, then week 2 take 2 pills at 8 and the 2 more around 1pm . you will be pumped up all day , then you hit the gym hard and when its time to relax at night youll be good to sleep, if not melatonin will put you out but then you might not wanna get up for work the next day
