I was wondering if there is anything to take for help in weight loss that doesn't mess with your natural metabolism too much. I weigh about 220 and I am trying to cut without losing too much muscle or too much weight, any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh yeah what does the charcaol stuff at GNC do for you, I thought that was only to lower your cholesteral. My girlfriends mom gave me a prescription diet pill b/c her dad is a doctor and he said it had nothing to do with metabolsim it just gathered fat and it went right through me but I couldn't be more than 10 feet from the toilet for more than 30 seconds. Anything else that you reccomend?

Diesel,
I hate relying on supplements. The only way to lose weight without messing up your metabolism is to eat less. Start by lowering you calories by 500 per week. Then adjust accordingly. The trick is to do it gradually. Don't cut a ton of calories and expect to lose only fat weight. Do it slowly and you will be happy with the results.
