I going to buy a 50lbs bag of white rice, a shit load of spaghetti noodles, 10lbs bag baked potatoes, large bag of boneless skin less chicken breast(50 count) and about 20 pieces of flounder(cheapest fish at our market)fish. That is the types of food I will have available to me. I have no problem eating the same thing over and over again. I'm doing this, because I hate cooking and all this can be made easy and it is very light on the wallet in this bulk.
Do you guys really feel you need different changes in the type of cabs and protein to still make gains? If so can you suggest something else that can be bought in bulk and is easy to prepair.

What I have here is very basic and very easy.

Beans, peas, lentils, corn flakes, milk, bread, peanut butter. This is assuming you're on a bulking diet. If not, then maybe ditch the corn flakes and bread (and spaghetti). Make yourself a HUGE pot of chili once a week. Have it with your rice, spuds, corn tortillas, etc....

But it is not necessary to vary your food intake if you don't like those foods or can't be bothered. If you're not gonna eat any fruit or veggies then I strongly suggest you find a bit of extra dosh for some multis/antioxidants.

Nothing like adding some nonfat milk to the list too. Eggs might come in handy also. Also, living the life as a broke student, I have found that fish is too expensive for my budget. Instead, I just fork-out the extra cash and buy those cheap 5 pound whey protein containers and mix a scoop or two with milk and canola oil or peanut butter.
