sust/decaa/dbol...not uncommon to see around 10-15 pounds first week with the right diet ------------------ knowledge = power

However, with the dbol a lot of that weight is water. The most I've ever put on naturally is somewhere between 7-8lbs in a week, but that was just after I finished cutting and my BF was around 5%.

at first, with the right diet and supplements you can gain something like 8 pounds in about a week... but once it stabilizes you can get a nice 2 pounds per week (this is what i gain right now) , of course it's not ALL muscle... ------------------ "because I'm a genius" Sakuragi "muscle failure... and one more." the most i put on naturally was 21kg in 9 months, at around 16-18 i was partying pretty hard and eating crap, i changed my lifestyle , worked hard ,trained hard and ate well, nine months later i was 85kg up from 64. Had a protein shake every day as well as creatine in the last couple a months. I think i was just at that stage when your body has a growth spurt too.

If you can gain ten pounds of rock hard muscles in a week then that would be awesome! But just shoot for at least 5 pounds.

It depends on how productive your training routine is.

i train pretty hard and do all i can as far as technique, diet, intensity, etc. in workout and diet. As far as supplements.. that are legal.. is there anything out there that can make someone stronger or build more muscle tissue?

Maybe you should try a HIT-style routine, or a good high-rep squat program. As far as supplements go, I don't know, but you can't go wrong with a good protein powder or MRP...

I have put on 80lbs of fat in 4 weeks! From sleeping 16 hours a day, eating and being depressed as a mo/fo. I went from 203-285 in one month and then I hovered at 285 for a while. Talk about streetch marks! Well if you work out, just lift normally and sleep 14 hours a day and eat 10,000 calories a day or eat this... Daily meal plan A dozen donuts ------------------

Okay, I'm bored and this thread has been around a while. So here I go. I put on 16 lbs in 4 days naturally. That was from my pre-competition weigh in (totally dehydrated and carb depleted on the Friday morning) until the following Monday afternoon, post competition and fully hydrated and carb-overloaded. So F***ing what? The weight on the scale is almost meaningless. You say you just wanna bulk, but here's the basics of nutrition and weight gain: It takes 3500 calories to gain or lose a pound. That means to gain 1 pound of LEAN MUSCLE WEIGHT you have to eat AND completely assimilate into muscle an extra 500 calories per day to even gain 1 pound of muscle per week. This is close to the maximum that anyone on a heavy AAS cycle can gain as permanent LBM. Anyone (including LivNLarge and EMT, etc...) who gains 5, 8, 10 or 15 lbs in one week will be gaining around 1 pound of muscle, the rest water (and a little fat depending on their supplementation). So if you want to be a bloat bag and lose all your gains after your 'bulk', take a highly androgenic steroid (such as dbol) and eat LOTS of sodium and calorie dense foods. KFC or McD is perfect. The scales will skyrocket (in perfect sync with your blood pressure and moon face). You'll feel bigger because your full of water. If that makes you feel like a bigger and more powerful man then good luck to you in your 'bulking' program. But stick around a while, read lots, ask more questions and maybe you'll get the hang of how to gain more permanent, REAL lean mass gains. The kind the chicks go for! |
