ok bros, this is buggin the PHUCK outta me! first of all, i'm just coming off a T-200 and Reforvit-B cycle and i'm gonna start to shred up. As of right now, here are my stats: 6'5" 281 lbs. and 16.4% bodyfat via hydrostatic weighing (near 100% accurate). now, should i make my caloric needs JUST for my lean body mass (approx 46 lbs. of fat on my body, so i have 235 lbs. of skin, bone and muscle). what i'm trying to do is get down to 8% bodyfat. now 235 lbs plus 8% bodyfat is approx. 253 lbs. this would be totally perfect to get down to. keep in mind, while i'll be dieting, my cycle will be test prop, equipoise and the e/c/a stack AND cardio in the morning on an empty stomach for 40 min. 4 times a week. can someone tell me how many calories a day i should be taking in and what ratios? i'm assuming a 40%protein/50%carb/10%fat type of diet will be best? THANKS IN ADVANCE BROS----GET ME SHREDDED!!!! PEACE THE EXTREME

supp. with fatty acid supps. once and a while diet with 50% protein 25/25 carbs/fat and do like 20min of cardio after you lift cause your glycogen is drained and you'll burn fat imm. it's very simple. If your using illegal drugs to bulk I would hope you know this already!!!!!!!!!!!! peace.

DUde....how can you be cycling and not know anything about cutting up and nutrition. I hate idiots that waste their money on that stuff. Take the time to learn a little bit about how you body works...and you might not even need all that other shit...

To get back to your question... You could try shifting your ratios away from carbs and towards protein and healthy fat, especially on cardio-only or off days.

I'll bump for Vlaovic's reply. High protein, medium carbs (your 50:40:10 looks OK) and 10-12 cals per pound. Don't lie awake at night worrying about whether the 10-12 cals should be based on LBM or not. Just try it. Try 12 cals per pound for a couple of weeks, and if that doesn't work then drop it to 10. NO WAY should you go below 10 cals per pound. Good luck. |
