I AM SEPARATING MY PROTEIN AND CARB MEALS EVERY HR. AND A HALF IM WANTING TO GAIN MASS WITHOUT ALOT OF FAT .I HAVE WENT TO 2% MILK TO ADD MORE CALORIES.IS THIS A GOOD PLAN AND DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS? I MOSTLY MAINTAINING MY WEIGHT. |
