Can someone please help me on this one I mean PLEASE because I really need this info! ! ! I want to learn how to control my calories I mean I want to be able to know how many calories I need to eat daily to loose or add weight or just simply to maintain same weight! This is a couple of things I have heard of that have to do with this issue: BMR=BasalMetabolicRate! AMR=ActiveMetabolicRate! MacroNutrient profile/ratio! Total Calorific Intake! I want more info on what this things are and how they work because I really think is very important! ! ! I seriously want to be able to control my calories so any help or advice that could help me get there would be of a lot of help for me! ! ! | ||

BMR- How many calories your body would burn in a day if you sat in one place without much activity. AMR- How many calories you burn doing activity. It varies depending on the activity Total Caloric Intake- How many calories you eat in a day. Hope this helps. | ||

It's not a lack of knowledge, but I personally don't understand your question. what do you mean by 'control your calories'? Perhaps you could tell us what you're trying to achieve, and what problems you're currently having reaching your goal? | ||
