im currently at around 11-12% bodyfat. i train 3 times a week with weight working each muscle once per week. i have also started doing cardio in the morning for 30min five times a week as well as three full body circuits a week(takes about 30 min). My current diet consists of 2-3 rye bread in morning & 2 eggs.Pasta and apple for lunch. chicken salad-dinner.
Im 6' and weigh 80kgs. would like to get bodyfat down to 5-6% within next three months.Any help with diet & training would be highly appreciated.

RULES:

1) Eat protien like its going out of style
a) avoid fried foods
2) Cut down on Carbs throughout the day
a) Last meal at 7:00PM
b) Eat most of your CArbs in the MORNING (breakfast) (Go running prior to eating)
c) Eat 6 meals a day <-- hard
d) make sure all yoru food you eat has atlest 20 grams of protien.

If you follow these rules and slam in

cool thanks. Im thinking of using a ketogenic diet this week just to speed things up and then use a relatively low cal more healthy diet (40%carb, 40% prot)for the remaining time.
