This is the diet to cut. It is dangerously low in calories but supplies my body with more than 1 gram of protein per pound. I was thinking of adding more complex carbs like a patatoe in the mourning. According to my BMR, I would be burning 3lbs a week, just on this diet no cardio. But I have heard anything mare than 2 would be muscle and other shit also. Please help out. Here it is;

Meal 1
10 Eggs

Meal 2
Protein Shake
w/ Skim Milk

Meal 3
Salad
w/ garbanzo beans
and Tuna

Meal 4
Chicken Breast

Meal 5
Protein Shake
w/ Skim Milk

Meal 6
Chicken Breast

Meal 7
Protein Shake
w/ Skim Milk

Totals=
Pro/225.5g
Carbs/79.5g
Fat/25.5g
Cal/1590

I think that looks great! I'm cutting to and I CANNOT seem to lay off the carbs, and I am so freaki'n poor right now I can't afford protein. AAAAAAAAAAAAhhhhhhhhh!!
