I love coffee and drink 2 cups of strong decafe when I wake up. Does this follow with the Eat nothing/drink nothing rule for mourning cardio? Or does it just matter if there is sugar in it? ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

coffee usually helps fat burn because it raises metabolism; but i would take out the sugar and /or cream for max results. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

If you must have coffee. Drink an extra cup of water for every cup of coffee you drink. I personally do not drink coffee any longer ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

You drinking decaf....only regular with help with fat burning..the caffeine is the metabolic stimulant. Stick with non-caloric sweetner and no cream and its like drinking colored hot water (nutritionaly speaking that is) ![]() ![]() ![]() |
