I need a few meals. Two that contain 0 carbs, and about 300 calories. Ones for breakfast, the other dinner. Then I need one, that can have a few carbs in it for lunch, but still needs to have about 300 calories. I will be drinking two Myoplex shakes during the day, along with the three other meals.
