I recommend getting the book "Taste of Club Creavalle," by Laura Creavalle. A lot of good recipes.

This stew should give you a nice amount of protein. You Need:
14oz can of barbeque baked beans
1 and 1/2lb of EXTRA lean ground beef
14oz can of low-fat chili with beans
1 onion chopped
1/4 of low-cheddar cheese shredded

In a large non-stick pan, brown the beef and onions. DRAIN the grease. Add the beans and chili, and simmer for 30min. Add the cheese and eat. Makes to servings.
Per serving:
694 calories
12g of fat
111g of protien!
68g of carbs
17g of fiber
enjoy
