Alright...I think all my research has paid off, so I'm following the following diet plan:

Target Weight: 160 Current Weight: 175
Calories: 160 x 12 = 1920 calories

Post Workout Consumption (x2)
------------------------
160/2.2=72KG=72g carbs = 288 cals x2
72/2.5=29g protein = 116 cals x2

Totals
------
160 g protein = 640 calories (58g post, 102 pre)
144 g carb = 576 calories (all post workout)
78 g fat = 702 calories (all pre workout)
----------------------------
1918 calories

This diet is similar to animalbolics as it calls for ketosis at all times, until post-workout where you go for 2 high-GI carb and protein meals, back into ketosis overnight, etc. This is for small muscle gains and large fat loss. Whaddya think??

Note: I'm also working out 3-4 times a week, 3 exercises/muscle group and each muscle group once a week + cardio 4 times a week.

Looks pretty fuckin' solid!
What else can I say... maybe try alpha lipoic acid with your pw meals.
How's your diet on cardio-only days? Straight low-carb, or do you allow yourself a starchy meal one hour after cardio (no carbs would probably get you faster results).
