Alright...I think all my research has paid off, so I'm following the following diet plan: Target Weight: 160 Current Weight: 175 Post Workout Consumption (x2) Totals This diet is similar to animalbolics as it calls for ketosis at all times, until post-workout where you go for 2 high-GI carb and protein meals, back into ketosis overnight, etc. This is for small muscle gains and large fat loss. Whaddya think?? Note: I'm also working out 3-4 times a week, 3 exercises/muscle group and each muscle group once a week + cardio 4 times a week. Looks pretty fuckin' solid! What else can I say... maybe try alpha lipoic acid with your pw meals. How's your diet on cardio-only days? Straight low-carb, or do you allow yourself a starchy meal one hour after cardio (no carbs would probably get you faster results). |
