I am going to start a low carb diet and am looking for some foods to to eat.

I want to hit about 100 grams of carbs a day
what types of foods would be good? Any starchy foods or just beans and veggies.
Never been on a low carb diet before.

Kornfed, look at a glycemic index and find out the foods that have low GI ratings.
Try out the following address, and read it. It is a very good page.
