hey bro, im on the same, but i only get 27g carbs!! whoa!!! and i dont get to eat all those really fat foods(mainly the ones with very high sat. fat) so i only eat sirloin steak, roasted chicken and protein shakes. sucks but hey its all in the name of shreddedness ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
