When I lost 80 lbs about 4 years ago, it left me with this annoying little flap of skin or fat below my abs and above my pelvis. WHAT CAN I DO!? I've been trying to get rid of this damn thing but it won't go away! Any suggestions would be appreciated.     | ||

Maybe you should contact Rich from Survivor. He had that bad old "flappin' his stomach skin" thing going on the last episode (which they conveniently showed in slow motion!) but didn't seem to have it on the Letterman Show! Sorry, I know that's not nice but I couldn't resist. Hopefully someone will have some REAL advice for you. Congratulations on losing the 80#!!!! I can't seem to budge even 5! | ||

Hmmmm the bad news is that is unlikely to ever disappear without surgery. It may slightly tighten over time, but never completely go away. But major kudos to you for dropping 80 AND keeping it off. |
