I'm a fat ass. I'm up from a rock-hard 180 lbs (ate well and exercised regularly) 18 months ago to a whopping 230 lbs now. I gained so much weight over such a short period of time that I have stretch marks on my waist and biceps. I got really depressed for a while (about 8 months), and would stay in bed for 14 hours at a time some days, only getting out of bed to eat a whole large pizza by myself. I have since pulled out of the depression, but the weight is a lasting reminder (I can grab two hanfuls of flab on my stomach, and I have big hands). I have recently started a moderate exercise program that I know I will stick with, but I need a jump-start on the fat loss. Could you guys tell me what the strongest (most effective)legal fat burner is, proper dosage, and where to buy it? I can deal with any side effects, but I can't deal with wearing size 38 pants anymore (up from size 32 only 18 months ago). Please help this fatass in distress :-) Good luck with your own personal goals!

Dude I feel for you... What you need to do FIRST is this: moderate your caloric intake. I don't remember the correct formula? But since you gained all that weight so quick your health should be the first thing to consider. The best "legal" fat burner is E/C/A stack or Muscletech's Hydroxycut. Thier are alot of lookalike's so just use your money as efficiently as possible. Anyway THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO CONSIDER= the type of foods you eat, and the quantity. 1. YOU NEED to eliminate most if not ALL SIMPLE SUGARS from your diet. (NO soda, "sports drinks", fruit loops cereal etc. etc. They will screw up your blood sugar levels and fuck your metabolism up. 2. I do not recomend the Adkin's diet, it is horrible for you long term (My uncle is on it and it fucked him up, trust me.) 3. Eat smaller meals in good proportions like 40% complex carbs 40%protien and 20% fat (somewhere close to that, not to damn hard to do.) 4. The "fat burner's" dehydrate you alot. (You do not want this) although it will be psychologically reinforcing to look at the scale at 10 lbs less wieght it will all be water wieght. DRINK 10-12 eight ounce glasses of water a day MINIMUM. 5. Try not to weigh yourself everyday, it will only depress you. check weekly for progress. It is not healthy to lose more than 3lbs a week. 6. Eat whole, fresh foods, fruit, vegetables, rice, beans, low fat meats and cheeses. (again stay away from simple sugars! they are the enemy. Complex carbs=good Sugar=Bad 7. Good luck if you have questions post in this thread again and I will answer back. Lipokinetix is another fat burner that looks very promising, I have not used it but read good posts from people in the forum... I totally understand your depression part. I sometimes chose to stay in on the weekends because my body is not the way I want it to be. And I feel that the world expects more of me. Do what the post above said, he has it nailed down pretty good (good advice brotha) Good luck, keep us updates

Thanks, guys, for the advice. I think I'm going to go with the Lipokinetix. Any advice on dosage? Should I skip taking it on weekends? Can I safely take it for 12 weeks or more? Any help, as always, is appreciated.

I'm feelin' you cause I've been going through the same shit. I think you might want to try animalbolics ...see if it works for you. I've been on this diet for about 2 weeks and I've lost 5lbs, so I'm gonna stick with it. "Hard times make you do hard things!"

Oh yeah...when you go that site, go to Training...Nutrition articles...and start with One Meal Diet. Its not really a one meal diet but this is to get a certain point across. Then you can read Parts 1 & 2.
