currently i am eating seven. i would like to cut up trying not to loose much muscle. should i stay at seven, be more srict and do more cardio OR eat six?

It doesn't matter so long as you reduce your calories/increase your cardio. In other words, you can stick to 7 meals if that's what you're comfortable with, just reduce the size of each meal while increasing cardio.

meaing 1 chicken breast insted of two, one scoop of protien powder instead of two, 4-6 eggs instead of 8-10.

dont cut down 50% right away, start at 10%..... or you will shock your body too much, and perhaps loose more muscle.

Yeah, what Nobu said. Gradually cut back your food until you're losing 1-2 lbs per week. In theory you only have to have a 500 calorie deficit below your AMR (per day) to lose 1 lb per week. You can do this by cutting back on your food and/or increasing your AMR (more cardio).

lower calories, increase cardio....but if you can have 7 smaller meals verses 6 bigger ones (considering you caloric intake) than go with the 7. Eating more ofter keeps that metabolism up.
