1) How much muscle will you loose if you loose 1 pound of fat? 2) If your body requires 2,500 calories to run (active body), buy eating less then that you create weightloss. 3) Should I eat heavy carbs in the morning, and run mainly off protien towards the night? 4) How about when I lift? If you want to lose fat you man need to eat less than 2000 cals a day. You can see good results if you limit your carbs to pre workout and post workout meals. Or try a High fat low carb diet. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

light jog in the morning on an empty stomach with coffee and an eca, should get you ripped in no time; dont sprint, the idea is to burn as much fat as you can without sacrificing muscle; brisk walking woould work too, but empty stomach is key to fast, max fat loss. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
