1) How much muscle will you loose if you loose 1 pound of fat?

2) If your body requires 2,500 calories to run (active body), buy eating less then that you create weightloss.
(A) How much of the weightloss will be muscle?

(B) Will running help save somee of your muscle from being destroyed?

3) Should I eat heavy carbs in the morning, and run mainly off protien towards the night?
If so how many times should I eat? Every 2 hours or 3 times a day?

4) How about when I lift? Should I still eat less then 2,500 calories? Wont that also lead to musle loss.

If you want to lose fat you man need to eat less than 2000 cals a day. You can see good results if you limit your carbs to pre workout and post workout meals. Or try a High fat low carb diet.

light jog in the morning on an empty stomach with coffee and an eca, should get you ripped in no time; dont sprint, the idea is to burn as much fat as you can without sacrificing muscle; brisk walking woould work too, but empty stomach is key to fast, max fat loss.
