ok i have been reading that eating small meals more frequently will speed up my metabolism and thats the last thing i need. I have an extremely high metabolism. so should i just eat 4 huge meals a day or what i dont care bout fat cause it just doesnt happen. please help me here ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Try to eat atleast 5 meals If you are tyring to gain size also eat protein and fat before bed, like a can of tuna and 1tbl mayo or a protein shake with 1tbl flax oil. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

THE LAST THING YOU NEED??? Dude DON'T be an idiot, Speeding up your metabolism is exactly what you WANT. Some people would kill for a faster Metabolism. Eat 6 or 7 meals a day, Eat 3 or 4 large meals and 2-3 snacks. Eat good quality food. Train Hard and Heavy, and Intense. I have a fast metab. too...
