ok i have been reading that eating small meals more frequently will speed up my metabolism and thats the last thing i need. I have an extremely high metabolism. so should i just eat 4 huge meals a day or what i dont care bout fat cause it just doesnt happen. please help me here

Try to eat atleast 5 meals If you are tyring to gain size also eat protein and fat before bed, like a can of tuna and 1tbl mayo or a protein shake with 1tbl flax oil.

THE LAST THING YOU NEED???

Dude DON'T be an idiot, Speeding up your metabolism is exactly what you WANT. Some people would kill for a faster Metabolism.

Eat 6 or 7 meals a day, Eat 3 or 4 large meals and 2-3 snacks. Eat good quality food. Train Hard and Heavy, and Intense.
Get rest, if your metabolism is fast (too fast as you unintelligably say) then eat MORE food! force feed yourself if you have too.

I have a fast metab. too... It is a blessing
you will have the ability to gain alot more muscle than others, while simultaneously NOT gaining as much fat as others would.

Your in good shape stick with 6 meals a day.
