Having trouble deciding between Lipokinetix, Adipokinetix and Xenadrine. Can someone tell me the best one, offers of personal experience is greatly appreciated.    | ||

ECA's are not good for you period, get on a consistent diet instead, anything that speeds up your heart rate isnt something your body is looking forward to. ------------------ "A piece of herb in your pocket is guaranteed luck in an adverse situation, unless you get searched"  | ||

I personally believe that if you use a fat burner, Adipokinetix would be the best one to use. I have not tried Lipokinetix. I read somewhere that it has a chemical in it that causes cancer. But I heard people have recieved great results from it. I don't believe any fat burner is good for you, but you if have to use one, Adipokinetix is the best one out in my opinion. I don't like that jittery feeling I get when I take E/C/A stacks. Adipokinetix isn't as bad. Good luck. ------------------ | ||

I would stay away from the fat burners until a true is need for one is established. Using fat burners on a consistent basis can not only be harmful, but can greatly reduce there effectiveness. However, I have found the good old fashioned eca stack to work best for me. I am not talking about a single supplement containing all three elements. Rather I am referring to purchasing ephedrine, asparine, and caffeine tablets individually. I have also had some pretty good results with Lipokinetix. ------------------ | ||

I've used Xenadrine with good results, but I've also heard good thinks about Adipokinetix. |
