Yeah, beers OK, but I prefer a few stiff whiskeys. Either one is great at blocking the absorption of carbohydrates into your muscles, increasing cortisol even more than weights alone, and ensuring that any carbs you eat are stored as fat. The only problem with whiskey is that you don't get that distended, gassy beer-gut as a bonus. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

LOL that's funny shit: I have to agree, Beer and alcohol have no place in a Diet. Especially after a workout! If you have to drink, do it to get drunk with friends. Do it sparingly, It is in no way beneficial for your goals. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
