Hey guys, I know it is probably in the archives but I would like advice on my specific situation so any advice is much appreciated. I am going to start my FIRST cycle of 500mg of sust250 for 7 weeks and the eighth week 250mg of sust250. Along with the sust250 I will be taking 300mg of deca for 8 weeks and then overlaping and taking primobolan (300mg/week) for 7-8 more weeks to solidify gains. My total cycle will be 16 weeks. I would like to know how much to eat to get big but not to become a fat pig. I am 24 5'9" with a moderate metabolism. Also, should I do cardio 3 days a week after workouts or in the mornings for good measure to keep fat gain to a minimum? Thanks guys, Lomaximo | ||

just a thought of mine but if i were you i wouldn't even bother with the primo, you can start with sust., and take about 200mg of deca in mid cycle, but then after you finish with sust keep taking deca for another 3 weeks and you'll solidify your gains. Taking primo for 6 weeks is unnecessary, if you take it for just 3 weeks after cycle it should solidify gains. Ok about diet, bro it's only for 3 months that you can pig out, so just do it. Just eat clean stuff, no cookies or donuts. Try to eat between 3500-4500 calories, and probobly no less than 250g of protein. Just eat clean, eat every 3 or 4 hours and you'll be fine. just eat a lot, and lots of protein. | ||

Riskybiz, Thanks for the info......also for anyone else out there I forgot to mention I weight 195 so if there is a guideline like 28-30 cal/lb to eat when "on" supplements please let me know. I appreciate it........ later, lomaximo | ||

Bro, I've done that cycle(sust and deca) before...way back.I gained 24 lbs in 8 weeks it was my first test experience...AMAZING!!!Eat lots of red meat, and eat whenever you feel hungry, dont worry about getting fat,my body fat went up on that cycle, but it went away soon after, we work out don't we.just remember to eat clean, get in good amounts of carbs and protein, the size will just appear. | ||

Thanks guys, I have been eating a ton, I estimate around 4500-5000. I think this is sufficient since I am 200lb and 5'9". This is my run down.... 1. 1/2 c. oatmeal 2. Myoplex deluxe 3. Chicken fajita or Tuna salad 18" sub on wheat from local deli w/ mayo and cheese 4. Pre wkt 5. pst wkt 6. some type of meat (fish, steak, or burger) 7. 8 egg omlette (only 2 yolks) |
