im taking a little shopping trip to the health food store. im looking at products for raising body temp. and to use up fat stores.

what i had in mid(besides e/c/a) i hate the stuff, was ;

chromium
calcium pyruvate
L-cartenine
citrus

any other suggestion???

i know about yohimbine but i live in canada so its diluted as hell and expensive.
