Hey bro, what's up? You probably don't remember me but you gave me a diet about three weeks ago and it is AWESOME!!!!! I have gained six pounds of muscle. 6000 cal. a day is alot of food but I stuff it all in. I am writing to you in hopes that you will give my wife some help with a diet. She is 5'6" 165 lbs. She has a good lifting schedule. I won't go into that unless you need to know in order to further help you in planning her a diet. She likes just about anything. She wants to get down to 130 lbs. Any help that you could give her we would really appreciate it. Keep on lifting and get huge and thank you again for that kick ass diet.

We do need to know what her goals are in order to make dietary suggestions. I'd be happy to share mine if you are interested...I put it together with the help of MrM and all the fabulous people on the Women's board. My personal goals in the beginning were go lose fat...thats happened and now I'm trying to grow. Thats happening too.

Sky is right, we need to know the basics..goals, training background, weight heght etc..

what i also would like to know is how her metablism is...the way to do that is like this:

Weigh in at day 1, reckord the weight and time..then reckord everything she eats for the next 5 days, and then weigh her again..then calculate the total of calories she consumed the five days and divide them by 5..that way we get her daily calorie intake..ill be glad to help, im gonna have to get some help from Sky seeing as female and male bodies DOES work somewhat differntly.

Right now I'm taking in about 1900kcal/200+g protein/130-150g carbs/50-60g fat...good energy, good recovery from training and fat still dropping....

Yep - bf% went from 19-20 to 16 last time I measured. I take my 12wk measurements next week and will let ya know...
