after your cycle of steroids is over you should take a anti-catabolic drug to help retain your muscle gains. are there any good over the counter ones? i have seen "cytodyne" and twinlab "anti-catabolic fuel" are any of these good to take? what about an eca stack? thanks for any input.

The only natural anti-catabolic that SEMI-WORKS is terris tribulus.

Clomid and Nolvadex are easy to obtain even though they are prescription only in the US.

If you could buy anything worth while over the counter...people wouldn't buy Nolvadex and Clomid....would they?

You can't really use Nolvadex. Nolvadex prevents estrogen from binding to steroid receptor sites. It's anti-catabolic only in that in can block uptake..not reduce estrogen levels.

Clomid stimulates LH production with produces more natural test which can offset your estrogen levels.
