What is up guys? I am 18 about 5'8" 170lbs, 5-10lbs of this is water! I just got off some big dosages of T-200. I use to weigh 155. I am probably at 15%-17% body fat. I want to drop to about 10%. Would doing Clen and Winstol help accomplish this?(STACKED)! I usually try not to eat after about 4 P.M. Unless it is a MESO-Tech shake. I try to do 30 minutes of cardio a day. I usually walk those 30 minutes, Will walking help at all? What about walking about an hour. I need some help! Any tips to teach me about dieting and cardio? thanks IP: Logged |

Yes clen and winstrol will definitly help The clen will help take those pounds off and the winstrol will help you maintian the muscle you already have.you should also think about using a T-3.Do half a hour walk and a half an hour bike ride togther 3-4 days a week.I'm 5 foot 11 weight 270 at about 10% body fat. Those 3 things worked for me. Not eating forces your body to store food..which is counter productive to cutting. Try eating %40 Protein 35% Carbs 25% Fat Fat from sources like milk, low fat cheese, cottage cheese will keep your insulin levels from spiking during the ingestion of carbs. Spiked insulin levels will force food to store as glucose..which breaks down into fuel and FAT. Spread your meals out so you have a steady level of intake. I remember your first post about gear. At 155lbs..you were not consuming enough food in the first place. You need to eat your bodyweight times 18...weigh yourself everyday to adjust your daily caloric intake. Also..drink lots of water to keep your muscle bellies full...and to force your extracellular water back into the muscles. And don't listen to the idiot who said take T3. Diet will be your key..juice can build muscle..but it can't lean you unless you eat right. IP: Logged |
