In regards to usage, most guys take either 1-2 vials per week (200-400mg). I am actually hyper-sensitive to test so I only use 1 vial per week myself. (By the way I broke out one cycle when I used 300mg of Depotrone by itself!!! - my back looked like a family size peperoni and cheese pizza!!!) Depotrone is active for between 7-9 days. If you tolerate test well without too many sides, do 2 vials per week and possibly throw in some Deca or Equipoise at another 200-400mg per week. You should see some excellent results. If you are looking for big size gains you can throw in some D'Bol too at about 4-5 tabs per day. Put together a 6-8 week course. Start high and stay high for 4-5 weeks then taper.

If you have been out of the game for a while stay to the lower ranges of what I have suggested.

The bros on this board swear by Clomid to keep natural test up and help keep the gains. Clomid is damn difficult to find and expensive here so I wouldn't know, but check out the Anabolic Discussion Board for plenty of posts on courses, dosages and Clomid.
