I think you might be confusing counterfeit products with fake products. Counterfeit products contain active ingredients while fake products have no active ingredient. That is not to say that a fake will have the active ingredient that is listed on the label. There are some very good counterfeit products out there and there are alot of bogus fake products. Hope that helped some. if you are worried stick to products that are well known and have a good reputation, also check out my site there are alot of scans of real products.
