Painful injections. If you do it in your bi's they get so full of oil that when you try and work them you can only get about half of your normal reps in. In my IMHO you cannot even get a good workout when using pump-n-pose. I personally will never do it again. It also makes your definition go away, just look at the recent pics of Flex Wheeler, who used to be my favorite bodybuilder. ------------------ | ||

Sorry....I have to dis agree...I would get bicep implants if I could...would you? Do you take juice for cosmetic reasons? YES YES I thought we lifted to get big right? Strenght is cool too..but if it was one or the other.......It sure wouldnt do much for the ladies if you were 145 lbs,but could bench 400 right? check out WWW.CARVAGEN.COM my friend.......I think they still sell the posing oil |
