is there anything that will make me just eat more that is legal??? i have a hard time eating every three hrs and getting in 200-220 gms of ptn in a day any help? IP: Logged |

I agree with Biz..You should get a hook up at 7-11 or something so you can get a good deal on meal replacement bars...those met-rx anabolic series taste pretty good(especially at .50 a piece).. IP: Logged |

By taking B12 tabs you will increase your app........also increase your h2o intake the more you drink the more you expand you stomach......as you get thristy you will also get hunger pains......THEN CHOW>>>>>> IP: Logged |

I know a guy that used to set his alarm for like 3:00 AM, get up, eat a can of tuna or a shake, and go back to bed. It's not bad way to sneak in 30 - 40 gms of protein, try it and see if you can easily fall right back sleep. Good luck Matt

You could just try eating smaller meals, and yeah hit the shakes man, buy your protein in bulk, it makes life easier and cheaper. Eat meals thats not so calorie dense so that you digest quicker and get hungry quicker. I know how it once felt to force feed myself, you will learn to hate eating if you do it that way. IP: Logged |

eat wendys for two weeks straight and drink protein shakes, no lie i ate the 3/4 pound burger for two weeks straight and lifted heavy was on a cycle and i blew up like you wouldnr believe! it was great and guess what? no extra fat included! amazing huh? IP: Logged |

My favorite way to get in those extra calories when I am pressed for time is to mix choc. protein powder with reduced fat peanut butter. Maybe add a little Equal and skim milk then microwave for 30sec. This not only provide an excellent source of protein and essential fatty acids, fiber, and a few carbs. A little will fill your ass up too! Add some oatmeal in the mix if you like. this mixture will give a pudding pasty type consistency. IP: Logged |

I wish I had your guys problems with appetite. Me, I'm always hungry. I eat 6-7 meals per day and am hungry within an hour of my last feeding. I always eat clean but it is still a pain in the ass to always be hungry. Do you guys know any good appetite suppressants? Aside from shakes, sardines are a good boost at 60gm's. I get up at midnight and 3AM (I have a 6 month old baby who gets hungry then too) and have a shake and some cheese. If you can stomach sardines, go for it. But they take some getting used to in my mind. IP: Logged |

you might try eating more carbs so you get a bigger insulin response, depending on your body, it might realy make you hungry. if all else fails, just smoke a joint just dont do it every day.

try the following product. "periactin" i don't know if there is this product in the us. the active ingredient is cyproheptadin hcl. it is an anthagonist of histamin for people who are allergic. take one or two 4mg tabs and you get hungry like never befor. but you also get tired. for many people it helps getting up at night and have a prot. shake. also you can mix a good oil in your shakes for adding calories. good luck IP: Logged |
